CNN Sdn Bhd was formed in 1990 by RD engineers from a multi-national company specializing in RF communication testing. The objective of the company is to provide Test and Measurement expertise and custom integration solutions, so required by the electronics industry today. With a paid-up-capital of RM760,000.00, CNN Sdn Bhd is structured to provide solutions in the following fields, namely:
Software Development and Systems Integration
Software Instrumentation Development and Training
IC Design and Consulting Services
Sales of Test and Measurement and Electronic Design Automation (EDA) Products
The role of CNN under it`s two directors Mr Lee Weng Fai (managing Director) and Lee Wee Kong (Sales and Project Manager), has emerged as a key ally to many major international electronic manufacturers in this region. This natural progression is evident in the company`s sales turnover in Fiscal Year 2000 of nearly RM10 million.
In events leading and reprising its important role, CNN Sdn Bhd has through the years expanded into Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Bangkok (Thailand) and Singapore whiles its Penang office has relocated from 900 sq. ft. office space to a new spacious 6,000 sq ft. office. This new office which is situated at Kompleks Sri Sungai Nibong, Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, has a workforce of 18 personnel to meet the ever increasing demand of our customers.
The organisation structure of the company has been divided into 5 divisions each specialising in key role functions. Thus, with these divisions, CNN Sdn Bhd has been very focused in its attentiveness in meeting her client`s demands without comprising either time nor results.
