The V50 Series has been replaced with the v60 series. The new V60 Series is virtually identical to the original V50 Series instruments, with the following enhancements: 

  • Fully programmable RS232 interface
  • Expanded Test sequence memory
  • HV Scanner control port
  • Increased current sourcing
  • Optional GPIB interface
